Belly Dance Instruction by Mara

Video of class performance Tuesday June 7, 2011 by Sandra

You too can learn the beautiful art form of belly dance! Oriental dance is a wonderful low-impact exercise that is great for women of all ages and sizes.

The benefits of belly dance can include body toning, increased energy, improved posture, and increased self-esteem.

Mara's belly dance lessons include isolations, shimmies, undulations, improvisation, and choreography.

Wear comfortable clothing for exercising and stretching.  No, you do not have to show your belly, and hip scarves are fun but optional.

NOTE:  Remember to register early to guarantee your spot!
